  Very pleased with my first experience with them during an oil change. I plan to have them do my brakes in the future as well since they quoted me the best price. Plus they guarantee their work!

  Employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, management likely pushes them to try and get you to buy expensive repairs that while could be justified are not always necessary. They seem thorough with their *free* inspection during the oil change so if there is a problem they will alert you to it, and you are not forced to buy the repair so I like the service. I would recommend them for oil changes, other stuff they are probably ok, but you are gonna have to pay up.

  I took my car in for an oil change and got the high pressure, up-sell pitch that my 2012 Toyota Camry with 69,000 miles needed over $2000 worth of repairs including new struts. The service adviser had me in tears telling me car wasn't safe to drive and that I should replace the car if I didn't do these repairs immediately. I stood my ground, just had the oil change and took my car to a mechanic recommended to me. Indeed I did need new brakes and 2 new tires....the bill was under $900....my struts are fine. BEWARE...i was told the service advisers only get paid if they up-sell additional work on top of the oil change. What an unfair way to compensate their service advisers which leads to unfair and unethical treatment of customers. I have trusted in the AAA name for over 40 years. This horrific experience ended that.
