- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just called the group's office, outside of normal office hours, about my wife in hopes of sending a message to the group's on-call doctor. Their phone answering tree went in to an infinite loop. This is the 21st century, such stupidity should not occur. My wife may think Dr. Camiscoli and her group are competent and compassionate, but if I could meet them now, I call them all fools. It's their practice and they have let an incompetent staff interfere with their job of delivering proper patient care. This happens when doctors in a group think their staff's job is protecting them from their patients, not insuring the doctors deliver the most and best care possible within their resource limits. A decade ago, when I wanted to be her patient, I'd have given the Dr Camiscoli and her group 5 stars, but now, just because of this programming error, I cannot.
