- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Scheduling over the phone is generally pretty easy. The staff is usually kind, professional, informative, helpful and the facilities have flexible hours. There is generally a phone call to remind you of your appointment, which is nice. There is also a phone call or as I have experienced, as many as 4 calls before your appointment, to remind you that payment is due the day of the exam, and what the amount is. Which, in my opinion is quite excessive and comes off more important, than the client and their medical situation requiring the exam/test. The site I most recently visited (21 Stockton Dr) was just renovated and presents much cleaner, friendlier and efficient. There are usually a few receptionists upon entering. Two are generally friendly and helpful while the other is usually straight to the point while avoiding basic "hi, how are you, can I help you...small talk." The paperwork is a bit excessive and repetitive, especially for clients like myself who visit anywhere from 3-10x a year. It could really stand to be modernized by allowing clients to pre-register online or the use of a tablet once there, to confirm the information on file versus, writing it all out when it may be the same as the last visit. The technicians have almost always been very pleasant, informative, empathetic and sensitive towards one's medical needs/conditions/anxieties/moods. The equipment seems modern and always in working order. There are numerous bathrooms, that are always clean. As are the changing stations which provide a locker and key for worry free security. It is easy to wait after your tests, for your CD or to call and request the CD and/or report (which is available once the prescribing doctor receives a copy of the report). You can also view your records on line, the reports take 5 days to post to ensure your doctor views them prior to you. But, overall, the facility is very good, and I have few complaints.April 28, 2017by Krystal Pilarczyk
